Website SEO services

Website SEO is the work that helps your own site rank in Google's organic results and turn visitors into enquiries. It covers technical health, keyword research, on-page optimization and content that shows real experience. For local businesses it also gives your Google Business Profile a strong page to point to.

What website SEO includes

Your website does three jobs in search. It tells Google exactly what you do and where, it earns organic rankings for searches the map pack does not cover, and it convinces the visitor to call. Website SEO works on all three.

I work on the parts in order of impact: first whether Google can crawl and index the site, then whether each service has the right page, then whether the content gives people and search engines a reason to trust you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The profile wins map results, but your website wins organic results, supports the profile's relevance and converts visitors. Google often uses the linked page to understand what your business offers, so a weak site holds the profile back.

Check indexing first. Open the Pages report in Google Search Console and confirm your service pages are indexed. A page blocked by robots.txt, a noindex tag or a wrong canonical cannot rank, no matter how good the content is.

There is no ideal number. Plan one page for each core service, one for each real service area with genuine local detail, plus About and Contact. Ten strong pages usually beat fifty thin ones written only to target keywords.

Yes. All three let you control titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and content. Technical limits differ: WordPress gives the most control, while Wix and Shopify handle more automatically. The SEO approach is the same on each platform.
